Father’s Day Gifts-Make Father’s Day Cards with Photoshop I

Father is our hero for ever. On the Father’s Day everyone want to send his special Father’s Day gifts to Dad. Now we will give you some advices on the Father’s Day gifts– Father’s Day card in Photoshop.Here is the first card we will make.

Step 1. Open the picture in the Photoshop

Many beautiful pictures for Father’s Day can express the deep love. Here we choose this cartoon picture which reads “I Love Dad” on it. If you see this one as a perfect part of the Father’s Day Gifts you just open it in the Photoshop.

Step 2. Use the Magic Wand Tool in Photoshop

In order to select the simple area we click on Magic Wand Tool in Photoshop. Once you select the area you will see it like this picture.

Step 3.Create a new file in Photoshop

For the latter we need to create a new file with the size as 400 * 450. The parameters should be made as follow.

Step 4. Open another picture in Photoshop

Because the theme of the card is Father’s Day, we need a picture of Day and Baby. Here we choose this one which is filled with the sweet atmosphere. The step is the same as the first one we just open it in Photoshop

Then choose the Move Tool in Photoshop and make the two pictures into one. What you can’t forget is that the Day Baby picture is under the cartoon area.

Now we see the details of the layer panel.

Step 5. Use the Special Effects Brushes in Photoshop

In this step we will create some butterflies in a new layer. So we need to create a new layer and then use the special effects brush’s to create the butterflies.

Now we pay attention to the brush size as shown in the picture below.

Step 6. Set the frontground color and the background color in Photoshop

Step 7. Draw the Butterflies

In the end we just draw butterflies on the layer, which make the card seems perfect and sweet. Now you just look at the final effect of this Father’s Day card which is filled with love and warm.
